For iPhone users: The issue began when Apple released their new iOS, version 18.0. Working with their support team, we’ve identified a fix that we’re communicating out to the field: After confirming that they have the latest version of the iOS installed (18.1.1), when Nobles get the dreaded “blank” screen, there will be a line on one side of the screen and they should turn/rotate the phone so the line moves around the screen. This will cause the card to reload in landscape orientation. The only problem is that you have to do it every time as it disappears again when you close the app.

For Android users: An update to the app has been released to the Google Play Store. It is likely that old system cache files may still be stored and are causing an error within the operating system. Once it's been confirmed that they have downloaded and installed the latest version of the app, it is recommended to advise these Nobles to restart their phones to clear the temporary cache files and load the app once again. If it still doesn’t load properly, the steps necessary to clear out the system’s cache files should be employed, with the instructions to restart the phone once again. This should do a “hard reset” of the phone and allow the app to begin to work.
